Vollrath VBBD4-37-S Description
With its sturdy stainless steel unibody cabinet and four clear polycarbonate food-grade bowls, this Vollrath VBBD4-37-S pre-mix refrigerated drink dispenser withstands daily use. Its 28 5⁄8-inch-wide by 18 1⁄2-inch-deep by 25 1⁄2-inch-high structure is great for countertop installation in gas stations, food courts, and fast food restaurants. When operators press the corresponding buttons, the stainless steel spigots release drinks immediately with their gravity-fed design. To minimize maintenance, the spigots don’t operate with electric or mechanical systems. After use, the bowls and dispensing handles can be removed to streamline cleaning.
Each of the Vollrath VBBD4-37-S beverage dispenser’s bowls is equipped with a stirring paddle circulation system that is compatible with drinks that foam when mixed, such as tea and coffee. Operators can adjust the four thermostats to accommodate specific beverages, and the unit operates with R134a refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A rocker switch correlates with each bowl, enabling the operator to manage circulation and refrigeration for optimal results.
