Vollrath VBBD3-37-S Description
To extend product life, the Vollrath VBBD3-37-S pre-mix refrigerated beverage dispenser’s unibody cabinet is made of durable, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel, and its three bowls have a food-grade polycarbonate construction. Each of the bowls holds 3.17 gallons and is equipped with a correlating thermostat to accommodate specific drink requirements. This unit uses R404a refrigerant to generate temperatures between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For even mixing, a mechanical-drive stirring paddle mechanism maintains the quality of foamy drinks, such as tea and coffee, until they are served.
Each of the Vollrath VBBD3-37-S refrigerated beverage dispenser's bowls have correlating gravity-fed spigots that immediately release drinks to streamline service. The spigots don’t operate with electrical or mechanical features, which lowers maintenance requirements, and an ABS plastic tray built beneath the spigots catches spills that would otherwise end up on a countertop. Great for merchandising product, the unit measures 21 1⁄2 inches wide by 18 1⁄2 inches deep by 22 3⁄8 inches high overall.
