To simultaneously merchandise, chill, and dispense two drink options, the Vollrath VBBD2-37-F pre-mix refrigerated beverage dispenser has two transparent polycarbonate bowls with correlating drip-free, gravity-fed spigots. Each bowl’s 3.17-gallon capacity accommodates high-traffic applications, and drinks are mixed with magnetic-drive fountain spray bowl circulation. The bowls’ holding temperatures range between 36 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which helps preserve freshness. The operator can adjust individual bowl temperatures via the two thermostats, and rocker controls enable management of circulation and refrigeration.
The Vollrath VBBD2-37-F pre-mix beverage dispenser’s unibody cabinet is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume applications, and its spigots feature a gravity-fed mechanism that doesn’t require additional support from electrical or mechanical features. An ABS plastic drip tray is built into the unit’s bottom to trap messes and spills, keeping the countertop clean.
