Vollrath RDCCB-36SS Description
The compact Vollrath RDCCB-36SS self-service display case easily fits on most countertops, measuring 36 inches wide by 37 inches high. The display case includes two rear-accessible and front-sliding glass doors, great for easy stocking. The front panels are double glazed for strength and great insulation. The glass heater ensures the display does not fog up, enabling users to easily view the inventory inside. For product visibility, each shelf and the top of the cabinet has LED lighting.
The self-contained refrigeration system of the Vollrath RDCCB-36SS display case holds temperatures between 32 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit and is controlled with the digital display. An air-circulation system moderated by fans moves the cold air inside the cavity. This unit uses an automatic and manual defrost system to ensure its components do not freeze over.
