Vollrath PSG4-SSF120 Description
The low-profile design of the Vollrath PSG4-SSF120 commercial panini press measures 21 inches wide by 22 5⁄8 inches deep by 9 7⁄8 inches high for comfortable countertop placement. To accommodate products of varying thicknesses, its top plate features a pivot-action configuration. Because it's constructed of brushed stainless steel, it's resistant to corrosion and staining, while its integrated drip tray holds oils and grease to ease end-of-day cleaning.
The cooking area of the Vollrath PSG4-SSF120 panini press measures 17 inches wide by 16 inches deep; the plates have a flat texture and are constructed of aluminum for even heat distribution. With the thermostatic control, users can adjust temperatures between 125 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit; its ready alert light alerts when temperatures have reached their set degrees. To minimize overheating, it features a temperature safety switch.
