To accommodate products of varying thicknesses, its top plate features a pivot-action configuration. Because it's constructed of brushed stainless steel, it's resistant to corrosion and staining, while its integrated drip tray holds oils and grease to ease end-of-day cleaning.
The cooking area of the Vollrath PSG4-SSF120 panini press measures 17 inches wide by 16 inches deep; the plates have a flat texture and are constructed of aluminum for even heat distribution.
