Vollrath PC18SCC Description
The Vollrath PC18SCC circular pizza pan has press-cut edges that cut dough into a circle before it's baked. Designed to bake extra-large pizzas, it measures 18 inches in diameter by 3⁄4 inches deep. Because it's made of aluminum, this pan is durable, corrosion resistant, and highly heat conductive for an even bake.
