Vollrath PC18FPHC Description
Because it's made of aluminum, the Vollrath PC18FPHC circular pizza pan is durable, lightweight, and corrosion resistant. It's made with perforations that permit air to hit the crust, ensuring it's crispy and evenly baked. This unit is hard coated to resist peeling, flaking, and chipping, and it measures 18 inches in diameter by 3⁄4 inches deep to create extra-large pies.
