Vollrath PC16SHC Description
Being a traditional choice for baking, slicing, and serving up signature pies, the Vollrath PC16SHC pizza pan has a solid bottom that evenly heats to produce a classic crust. It measures 16 inches in diameter, which is the ideal size for serving large pizzas. Because it's made of aluminum, it conducts heat evenly, and its hard-coat finish is treated ideally for seasoning and abrasion resistance. The rim's defined edge enables cooks to cut fresh pizza dough into a circle.
