Being made of 14-gauge aluminum with a hard-coat, anodized finish, the Vollrath PC15XPHC pizza pan is corrosion resistant and sturdy. However, this metal isn't dishwasher safe, so it must be washed manually. It features an extra-perforated structure that speeds the baking process and results in a crispier crust than solid pans. Ideal for large pizzas, this circular pan measures 15 inches in diameter.
