Vollrath PC15SCC Description
The Vollrath PC15SCC pizza pan features a solid structure to hold oil and heat evenly for a classic, soft crust. It's made of 14-gauge aluminum with a clear-coat, anodized finish to provide strength and corrosion resistance in commercial settings. This pan isn't dishmachine safe and must be washed by hand with aluminum-safe detergent. Sized and shaped to accommodate a large pizza, it measures 15 inches in diameter.
