Vollrath PC14SN Description
With its 14-gauge aluminum construction, the Vollrath PC14SN pan is durable and corrosion resistant; for best results, however, this metal only should be washed by hand. It's circular with a solid structure, and its press-cut rim enables operators to cut off excess dough to create circular crusts routinely.
