Vollrath PC12SCC Description
With its solid surface, the Vollrath PC12SCC pizza pan accommodates oil to bake a crispy crust. It's made of 14-gauge aluminum, which transfers heat evenly, preventing undercooked and burnt crusts. A clear-coat, anodized finish applied to the aluminum creates a hardened surface that can be seasoned while resisting corrosion and abrasion. It measures 12 inches in diameter to support a medium pizza, and extra dough can be cut using its defined rim.
