Vollrath PC12PN Description
The Vollrath PC12PN pizza pan's aluminum construction transfers heat effectively to bake crust to a crisp finish. Perforations punched into the pan's surface improve the flow of heat and air, resulting in short baking times and minimal condensation buildup. To create a circular pizza, chefs can cut off extra dough by pressing it into the defined rim. It's sized 12 inches in diameter to accommodate a medium pizza.
