Vollrath PC11XPN Description
To withstand high-volume use, the Vollrath PC11XPN pizza pan is made of 14-gauge aluminum, which resists corrosion, denting, or warping and heats evenly to create crispy crusts. Its extra-perforated surface encourages airflow through the (208) 3⁄8-inch holes and around product, decreasing baking time and eliminating condensation buildup. Extra dough can be removed by pressing it on the defined rim prior to baking. Sized at 11 inches in diameter, it accommodates a medium pizza.
