The Vollrath PC11PN pizza pan measures 11 inches in diameter, so it can accommodate a medium pizza. For an even bake, it's made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum—a metal that transfers heat uniformly—and its perforations encourage airflow around product to eliminate condensation buildup. Chefs can press dough into the defined rim to cut off extra dough; the rim's structure helps chefs create a circular pizza.
