Vollrath PC10PN Description
While the Vollrath PC10PN perforated pizza pan has an aluminum construction that conducts heat well and bakes crusts evenly, it must be manually cleaned with an aluminum-safe detergent to prevent thinning and bending. This pan has a 10-inch diameter that accommodates small pizzas and has holes cut in the bottom to improve the flow of air around pizzas as they bake. Because it has a tapered edge, the pan can be stacked with similar pans to streamline storage.
