Vollrath PC09SHC Description
The Vollrath PC09SHC solid pizza pan is circular and made of 14-gauge aluminum treated with a hard-coat finish, providing additional abrasion resistance. This dark exterior requires seasoning before use and is compatible with infrared ovens. It heats evenly to reduce the risk of producing an unevenly baked crust, and because it's not safe to wash in a dishmachine, this pan should be cleaned manually using a non-abrasive scrubbing pad.
