Vollrath PC08XPN Description
This Vollrath PC08XPN pizza pan is made of 14-gauge, 3000 series aluminum, which transfers heat evenly to prevent undercooked or burnt crust. Perforations punched into the surface encourage airflow around the pizza, eliminating condensation buildup while increasing heat flow. Its 8-inch diameter accommodates a small pizza, and chefs can cut off excess dough with the defined rim to create a circular pizza.
