Vollrath PC08SHC Description
To create an even bake, the Vollrath PC08SHC pizza pan is solid and made of durable, 14-gauge aluminum—a rigid metal that transfers heat uniformly. Oil can be added to the pan during cooking to produce a crispy texture, and the surface's hard-coat, anodized finish can be seasoned to produce best results. The pan is lined with a defined rim that can be used to cut off excess dough and build a circular pizza. Because it measures 8 inches in diameter, it accommodates a small pizza.
