Vollrath N-0001B Description
To minimize spills in storage, the Vollrath N-0001B full-size pan band secures a cover, aluminum foil, or polyfoil on top of a steam pan. Its silicone construction is flexible, easy to apply, and tolerates temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The black material can blend in with steam pan materials, and it measures 12 3⁄8 inches wide by 19 5⁄8 inches deep by 5⁄8 inch high. After use, it can be washed in a dishmachine to prevent bacterial buildup.
