Vollrath MPI4-1800 Description
With a temperature range of 80 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the Vollrath MPI4-1800 countertop induction cooktop is useful for cooking various foods. Its power level and temperature are adjustable with a knob and a touchpad while a timer counts down until food is ready, audibly sounding when the cooking cycle finishes. This unit has nonslip feet to secure it to the countertop, so if it's bumped into, it doesn't slide off and sustain falling damage.
This Vollrath MPI4-1800 commercial induction cooktop's casing is made of resilient stainless steel, suiting it for high-volume use. The glass top detects pans automatically and the expanded magnetic field enables users to tilt and flip the pan without losing heat. Its integral cooling system keeps temperatures low inside the unit, reducing the risk of element burnout. This unit accommodates pans as large as 12 inches in diameter.
