Using knob controls, operators of the Vollrath HPI4-3000 countertop induction cooktop can adjust its temperature and power levels for best results. The temperature range is adjustable from 80 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and power monitoring ensures consistent results are achieved with every cycle. Using a circuitry system, heat is delivered through this unit without power cycling, and an expanded magnetic field stops heat interruption when a pan is lifted or titled from the glass cooktop.

The Vollrath HPI4-3000 commercial induction cooktop has a touchscreen, enabling users to program four custom, frequently used recipes. It has a temperature probe that reduces the risk of foodborne illness, and a timer with an alarm to reduce the risk of food burns. To deter overheating, this unit has an integral cooling fan. It's mounted on nonslip feet to prevent it from sliding during use.
