Vollrath HPI4-2600 Description
The Vollrath HPI4-2600 commercial induction cooktop has knob controls to adjust the power level and the temperature from 80 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its touchscreen control pad enables users to program as many as four recipes for repeated use. This unit has power monitoring technology to deliver consistent cooking results. To ensure food is cooked thoroughly, it includes a temperature control probe for reducing the risk of foodborne illness.
With an expanded magnetic field, heat isn't interrupted in the Vollrath HPI4-2600 induction cooktop when the pan is lifted from its glass top. This cooktop accommodates pans as large as 14 inches in diameter at the bottom and detects when a pan is placed on it for instant heat transfer. When food is finished cooking, an alarm chimes to alert users that it's time to check on it, reducing burn risk. To prevent overheating, it has an integral cooling fan, and its stainless steel casing is durable.
