Vollrath HPG2-12 Description
The Vollrath HPG2-12 countertop manual hotplate is powered by natural gas, but ships with a conversion kit that enables use with liquid propane. A standard 3/4 NPT inlet is constructed with the unit for smooth, convenient installation. This small countertop unit measures 121/5 inches wide by 273/8 inches deep by 131/4 inches tall and is designed to make best use of limited space. For durability and rust resistance, the unit is made of stainless and aluminized steel.
The Vollrath HPG2-12 gas powered hotplate has two burners and cast iron grates for holding high heat and transferring it to pots and pans. Temperatures are simple to adjust using the for-life metal knobs. The unit's front piece stays cool for user safety and features a stainless steel drip pan to catch excess grease. It's mounted on stainless steel legs that are adjustable from 4 to 51/2 inches.
