Vollrath GGHDT-60 Description
Designed with five burners spaced 12 inches apart, the Vollrath GGHDT-60 heavy-duty gas griddle produces even, consistent heat throughout high-volume shifts. The temperature on this griddle can be adjusted with the thermostatic controls made of metal, while the flame setting can be increased or decreased through the pilot light access hole. Because of the 1-inch-thick polished plate, this griddle retains heat well to create a reliably hot surface for Polish sausage or brats.
The Vollrath GGHDT-60 flat top griddle boasts a stainless steel exterior that resists rust and corrosion, and it’s paired with a 43/8-inch-tall backsplash to catch splattering during the cooking process and features sloped splashes on both sides. Additionally, the bottom includes two drip trays to minimize external mess from accumulating below. This griddle sits on top of four adjustable legs to ensure adequate aeration, ships as a natural gas unit, and comes with a conversion kit for propane compatibility.
