Vollrath CT4BH-2401400 Description
Using the Vollrath CT4BH-2401400 conveyor toaster, operators can toast 1,400 slices of bread, buns, or bagels in an hour. Because its extra-wide conveyor and adjustable opening accommodate large products, this unit is great for breakfast joints and bagel shops. With the flip of a switch, the unit can be adjusted to heat from only the top or from the top and bottom to suit different kinds of products.
The Vollrath CT4BH-2401400 conveyor toaster is equipped with separate heat controls for the top and bottom. Conveyor speed can be adjusted, and a stand-by mode ensures the unit doesn't drain energy when it's not in use. Made of aluminized and stainless steel, this toaster is mounted on adjustable legs.

Does NOT toast
Purchased this as a backup when my Holman has an issue. Finally used it today and found that this does not toast any bread, including plain sliced white bread. Need to run it through the toaster at least 5 times at the slowest settings to get a slight sun tan. Pretty machine but useless for a bagel shop.
