Vollrath CT4-208DUAL Description
The Vollrath CT4-208DUAL horizontal conveyor toaster has two separate chambers, increasing hourly toast production to as much as 1,100 slices per hour. Each chamber has a loading zone that operates independently with variable top heat, bottom heat, and conveyor speed controls. The top opening is adjustable from 1 1⁄2 inches to 3 inches—accommodating bagels and other thick products—while the adaptable bottom opening has a 1 1⁄2-inch maximum height. Both chambers have 14 1⁄2-inch-wide conveyors that fit three slices of bread side by side.
Heat in this Vollrath CT4-208DUAL dual conveyor toaster is produced by quartz heating elements, which operate reliably and efficiently. A forced convection system circulates heat through the chambers to keep the temperature uniform and produce consistent batches. During slow periods, the standby mode reduces energy consumption, and with adjustable legs, the unit is elevated off the countertop. Durable for heavy use, the toaster is made of stainless and aluminized steel.
