Vollrath CF2-1800DUAL Description
The Vollrath CF2-1800DUAL countertop electric fryer has an adjustable knob at the top that allows users to manage the unit’s temperature; this unit can reach as high as 375 degrees Fahrenheit; at 500 degrees, this unit will shut off as a precaution to prevent overload. Once the set temperature is reached, an oil-ready light will turn on. Using the lighted power switch, users can turn this unit on and off when needed. When the element box is removed for maintenance, a magnetic switch cuts power.
The small footprint of the Vollrath CF2-1800DUAL countertop electric fryer measures 23 inches wide and sits on non-skid feet for safety. Its stainless steel construction provides strength and resists corrosion. The built-in tank's one-piece design is simply removed with carrying handles, and the three-position fryer head is simple to clean. This unit is ideal for increasing workflow productivity with two 10-pound vats and four wire baskets with cool-to-the-touch handles.
