Great for low-, mid-, and high-volume workflows, the unit has double the output due to its double-tank style. The tanks hold four baskets with cool-to-the-touch handles to prevent burning.

The top side of the Vollrath CF2-3600DUAL electric fryer features an oil-ready indicator light, lighted power switch, and a thermostatic control knob. The thermostatic controls can reach as high as 375 degrees with an overload shut-off range of 500 degrees. The unit is simple to clean because the tank is fully removable via the assistance of handles, and the fry head provides three positions. The element box, which supports heating, has removable assemblies that can be cleaned. When the element box is removed, it triggers the magnetic switch to power off the unit, promoting operator safety. The pot and exterior are constructed of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
