The Vollrath 8244118 Miramar® half-size pan template is constructed of black thermoset resin, which enables it to be used in hot or cold food wells. It won't warp, rust, or fade when washed in a dishmachine. The template will fit in all standard-size food wells and accommodates two Vollrath 40005 decorative pans.
