The Vollrath 78600 16-quart stock pot has loop handles welded on each side to help employees carry it—these handles also don’t have hard-to-clean rivets. It can be used to cook soup, broth, and sauces, and its arc-sprayed, aluminum-clad bottom will heat product evenly throughout the pot. Suited for frequent use, the stock pot is made of durable 18/8 stainless steel. Because it doesn't include a cover, employees can mix food inside while it cooks.
