Vollrath 78580 11 1/2 qt Stainless Steel Stock Pot

To provide even heat transfer while cooking, the Vollrath 78580 stock pot has an arc-sprayed aluminum-clad bottom. Preventing the change of flavor or color of the food cooked inside it, the remainder of the pot is made of 18/8 stainless steel. Loop handles on the sides ensure that even when the 11¹⁄₂-quart capacity of the pot is full, employees will be able to lift and carry it. Because these handles are welded, they don't have rivets that collect food and are hard to clean around.
