Vollrath 74701DW Description
The Vollrath 74701DW drop-in induction warmer is made to be installed in a countertop cutout and uses an induction-ready inset that can hold up to 7 quarts of food. This warmer is designed for dry use, meaning it doesn't require water to heat to the inset. Three temperature sensors are in contact with the inset to ensure food does not burn and to alert the user with the "Stir" indicator LED light when temperatures become uneven.
The Vollrath 74701DW drop-in soup warmer has easy-to-use, solid-state controls that are also simple to clean. The control panel is attached to the unit with a 58-inch cord, allowing the user flexibility in where the panel can be installed, while the white LED screen is bright and highly visible. The controls allow the user to use one of the four presets available—broth, creme soup, chili, or mac and cheese—or set a specific temperature between 140 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
