The Vollrath 741101DW Mirage® drop-in induction warmer is perfect for keeping a broth or sauce at appropriate temperature levels. Its induction-based, dry-use functionality saves the user the time and effort of maintaining a water bath. The warmer has a maximum temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and its 11-quart inset has plenty of room for product. Sensors against the inset regulate the stir indicator and keep track of the product level to reduce the risk of burning. The warmer’s four presets provide quick-use options, and a locking function ensures settings stay unchanged.
