Vollrath 72228 Description
With the Vollrath 72228 adapter plate, users can customize the setup of a buffet, steam table, or warmer to accommodate three circular insets inside a full-size rectangular opening. Using this adapter plate ensures the inserts are held securely in place and don't tip, as well as preventing the escape of hot steam. This plate can accommodate three 6 1⁄2-inch-diameter circular warming insets, and it's made of stainless steel that resists bending and warping.
