The Vollrath 72050 Cayenne® countertop food warmer offers 33 percent greater capacity than full-size food warmers, holding four 6-in.-deep, third-size pans. Its rectangular rethermalizer uses Vollrath's Direct Contact Heating System, where the heating element directly touches the water and efficiently heats it. This unit can bring refrigerated foods to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in an hour and a half, and it can maintain temperatures above 150 degrees when used properly. Its large water capacity reduces labor costs and maintains moist heat, producing high-quality meals.
The low-water indicator light enables users of the Vollrath 72050 countertop rethermalizer to keep water levels properly maintained for best performance. With a stainless stain exterior, this unit has a safe, stay-cool outer rim and exterior surface, preventing burns. With the help of its cast-in aluminum heater, the self-insulating resin well provides maximum energy efficiency, reducing usage by as much as 25 percent. This unit features a lighted on/off switch and front-access dials for temperature control.
