Part of the Tribute® collection, the Vollrath 702114 stir-fry pan flaunts a three-ply construction. Its core is made of sturdy 3004 aluminum, its interior sports an 18/8 stainless steel construction, and its exterior is constructed of induction-ready 18/0 stainless steel. Great for stir-frying rice, vegetables, shrimp, and chicken, its cooking surface measures 14 inches in diameter by 43/8 inches high and features a natural finish to deliver even heating. The base of the pan is attached to a silicone handle using an EverTite™ riveting system, and to protect users hands from burns, this no-slip handle grip withstands temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit over intermittent periods. For lasting use in busy kitchens, this piece should be washed by hand.
