Ideal for frying rice, vegetables, and protein, the Vollrath 702111 Tribute® stir-fry pan's cooking surface measures 11 inches in diameter by 31⁄2 inches high. Its body is built in three layers, with a 3004 aluminum core, a sturdy 18/8 stainless steel interior, and an 18/0 stainless steel exterior that's compatible with electric, gas, or induction ranges. The surface's natural finish distributes heat evenly, and users can transport this piece using the nonslip silicone handle, which is connected securely to the pan's base using EverTite™ rivets. To protect hands from burns, the handle can withstand intermittent temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. For best care, this pan should be washed by hand.
