The Vollrath 692414 frying pan is black and constructed of nonstick stainless steel, helping prevent food from sticking during cooking while facilitating efficient clean-up. It also has a three-ply design that promotes even heat distribution and durability. The circular frying pan boasts a 14-inch-diameter surface and features a hollow handle attached to the pan with rivets. The handle also has a black silicone covering that protects the user's hands from heat and provides a comfortable grip. The handle is heat resistant to 450 degrees Fahrenheit when used continuously and heat resistant to 600 degrees Fahrenheit when exposed intermittently.
