Vollrath 692412 Description
The Vollrath 692412 frying pan is constructed of stainless steel equipped with a nonstick coating; to preserve the nonstick coating, the pan should be washed by hand. The pan is circular and black and features a three-ply design that distributes heat evenly in the pan for a better cooking experience. The pan's handle is attached with rivets and features a hollow black silicone handle capable of withstanding continuous temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and sporadic exposure to temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The pan surface is 12 inches in diameter.
