Vollrath 692410 Description
The black Vollrath 692410 stainless steel frying pan is induction ready and equipped with a nonstick coating that eases both cooking and cleaning. It has a three-ply design that conducts heat evenly around the entire pan, which measures 10 inches in diameter. The steel handle is rivetted to the side of the pan and features a black silicone handle that can resist a continual temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent exposure to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
