Vollrath 692407 Description
The Vollrath 692407 frying pan is constructed of stainless steel and features a nonstick coating for simplified, efficient cooking; the pan should be washed by hand to preserve the life of the nonstick coating. The pan's handle is connected to the body using rivets, and this design is heat resistant when continuously used in temperatures as high as 450 degree Fahrenheit temperature and used intermittently in temperatures as high as 600 degree Fahrenheit temperature. Great for sauteing, scrambling, frying, and searing, the pan has a 7-inch diameter and curved side walls for effective stirring.
