Vollrath 692110 Description
The Vollrath 692110 frying pan is induction ready, so it can be used on conventional gas or electric stovetops and induction cooktops. This cookware is simple to maneuver because it's equipped with a silicone handle attached by EverTite™ rivets. It's made of 3-ply stainless steel for durability and is coated in a natural finish that works well with oil or grease to ease food release. This pan withstands continuous exposure to temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittent exposure to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. This pan is not dishmachine safe, so it should be cleaned by hand with hot water and a mild dish detergent. Overall, it measures 16 2⁄5 inches wide by 2 1⁄2 inches high and boasts a 9 3⁄4-inch-diameter cooking surface.
