Vollrath 692108 Description
The Vollrath 692108 frying pan is constructed of 3-ply stainless steel; it can be used with conventional or induction cooktops continuously to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and intermittently to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Its silicon handle is attached with its EverTite™ riveting system and promotes a comfortable hold while reducing heat transfer to employee palms. It sports a natural finish, which works well with grease or oils to ease food release. To clean its 793/100-inch-diameter surface, operators should use hot water and a mild dish detergent.
