Vollrath 692107 Description
The Vollrath 692107 Tribure® frying pan is made of 3-ply stainless steel—a three-layer metal construction that enhances durability. This cookware withstands continuous temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit and can withstand temperatures to 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. Overall, it measures 13 3⁄20 inches wide by 2 19⁄100 inches high and features a silicone handle attached through the EverTite™ riveting system; the handle promotes a comfortable grip and reduces heat transfer. With its natural finish, the 7-inch-diameter cooking surface eases food release with the use of oils or grease. After use, it can be cleaned with hot water and mild dish detergent.
