Vollrath 68701 Description
The Vollrath 68701 stock pot has a 120-gallon capacity—it can be used to cater large events or service restaurant kitchens that serve significant amounts of food to customers. It's tall and narrow, concentrating the bubbling of liquids to enhance product reduction for soups and broths. Because it is constructed of aluminum, it can handle acidic foods such as tomatoes. A faucet in the bottom of the pan provides a method of draining without lifting the pot.
