Vollrath 68700 Description
The Vollrath 68700 stock pot has a 120-quart capacity, suiting it for high-volume applications. Best for boiling soups, stews, and other liquids, it has a 20-inch interior diameter and a 23-inch inside depth. For even heat distribution, it has a heavy-duty 3004 aluminum construction, and its top and bottom have a double-thick construction to withstand long-term heat exposure. Aluminum handles welded in place on both sides of the pot ensure a secure grip for users lifting the heavy pot. For a sleek look, its natural finish is easy to clean.
