Its 20-inch inside diameter and 19-inch inside depth provide ample space for users to stir product while maximizing flavor extraction from even boiling. The heavy-duty 3004 aluminum composition encourages uniform heat distribution, reducing cold spots and increasing production time. To endure exposure to high temperatures, the top and bottom have a double-thick construction. Though the pot has two welded aluminum handles that grant a sturdy grip, its front faucet can streamline operation when draining is needed, minimizing the need to lift the heavy pot.
