Vollrath 68641 Description
Made of heavy-duty 3004 aluminum, the Vollrath 68641 Wear-Ever® Classic Select™ stock pot has a 1⁄4-inch thickness for efficient heat conductivity, reducing cold spots. The top and bottom have a double-thick structure to withstand long-term exposure to high temperatures. Its 14-inch inside diameter and 15-inch inside depth supports soups, stocks, and liquids, while its tall structure helps reduce splatter. On the front of the pot, a faucet enables users to drain unwanted liquid into a container, eliminating the need to lift the heavy pot. For high-volume use, it has a 40-quart capacity.
