Vollrath 68420 Description
The Vollrath 68420 Wear-Ever® Classic Select™ sauce pot has a 20-quart capacity; its 13-inch interior diameter and 9-inch interior depth provide enough space for users to stir product while reducing splatter risk. To withstand long-term exposure to high temperatures and wear from bustling kitchen environments, the top and bottom have a double-thick structure for extra strength. This heavy-duty 3004 aluminum unit has minimal risk of cold spots because of aluminum's high conductivity. A natural finish is applied to the exterior to create a sleek look and streamline cleaning.

Better Than Exspected
~ I use this pot to cook large lunches for the people at my work. ~ Love the looks and it heavy weight. Life time warranty. ~ I would rather riveted handles instead of welded, I'm a Certified Welding Inspector and don't trust spot welding.
